These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phil77's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players with unresolved complaints regarding gaming disputes may escalate to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR channels. phil77 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.
